General Manager Assistant – Kénitra
Poste:
-Implement and respect of the quality policy within the plant;
-Implement and respect of Yazaki’s culture within the plant;
-Follow up the office supply needs and purshasing orders;
-Provide support to General Manager with all aspects of day to day operations;
-Prepare & organize GM agenda, Meetings, travels;
-Supervise the day to day assignment and performance;
-Plan and prepare events, visits workshops and coordinate with supplier;
-Ensure accommodation, transport, canteen and deal with visitors needs and claims;
-Ensure the planning and execution of established safety, security and the quality of services during events;
-Communicate with Transport Company, hotels, suppliers (order/confirmation);
-Communicate with external organizations, authorities and immigration offices;
-Maintain travel procedures, ensure employees travel;
-Documentation and archive;
-Prepare all the legal documents for Visa and travel purposes;
-Inform HR Responsible about employee’s going on business trip;
-Establish expenses and debit notes;
-Coordinate with Finance about travel expenses and currency preparation for travelers;
-Weekly review open orders situation and work out action for any potential open task.
Profil recherché:
Education: Master’s degree in business administration or similar (or equivalent combination of education and work experience) required.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in assistantship.
Language skills: Business fluent English.
Competencies:
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good observation skills.
Computer knowledges:
- Proficient user of the MS Office.
- Information on the worksheet, administration of worksheets, workbooks.
- Presentations (templates), blank presentation, graphics, organization charts, tables, image management.
- Creating an email, user profile, archiving information, global address list, contacts, tasks. Live meeting, Calendars.

Import/Export Planner – Kénitra
Poste:
Inbound Planning: Preparation of the weekly schedule of National import & export from moroccan suppliers located in and out of the free zone and management of the express imports in collaboration with the Procurement’s Service.
Follow-up of deliveries: Daily tracking of all shipments during delivery from the suppliers to the plant.
Customs clearance follow up: Follow-up of clearance / Transit of the goods to the plant.
Data input: Confirmation of freight / carrier invoices.
Reporting: Preparation of monthly reports, cost analysis for optimization.
Ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards.

Bac+5 in Logistic’s & Transport
Experience:
Minimum 1 Year experience within a similar position

Technical:

-Ensure the preparation and distribution of the technical file to other departments
-Ensure the preparation of the method file before any new launch
-Ensure effective costing and monitoring of ECRs

Poste:
-Prepare the recruitment plan in case of a new project or introduction of new teams;
-Communication of monthly targets to employees: Shift leader and Line leaders;
-Monitor and analyze the daily results for each project ,Family and team;
-Ensure the implementation of the necessary actions in case of deviation;
-Control the implementation of the quality process;
-Preparation of customer audits;
-Ensure that the standards are implemented in the assembly lines;
-Ensure the proper use of production facilities and equipment’s;
-Ensure the communication of the equipment problems to the maintenance department;
-Check the value of the raw material available in its production area;
-Analyze the scrap rate against the Target .

-Engineer or master’s degree in Industrial engineering, or similar
-5 years’ minimum experience (AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY)
-Excellent communication skills
