Responsable Hygiène
Vous êtes Responsable Hygiène, Une excellente opportunité s’offre à vous pour rejoindre notre agréable Resort développé par le groupe Kerzner International qui a mis son expertise et son savoir-faire au service de ce superbe complexe touristique afin de créer des expériences exceptionnelles et des souvenirs éternels.
Vos responsabilités ne seront pas limitées à:
-Assurer le suivi et le classement des enregistrements HACCP et des certificats sanitaires des denrées à risque élevé.
-Contrôler la mise en place des buffets et toutes les variétés de nourriture préparées pour être servies à la clientèle.
-Surveiller en permanence tous les locaux de l’établissement afin de déceler toute anomalie concernant l’hygiène.
-Mener les Audits d’Hygiène et de sécurité des aliments, selon une fréquence hebdomadaire.
-Former et sensibiliser les équipes à la démarche et au respect des procédures HYGIENE / FSMS / HACCP.
Profil:
-Bac+3 en Hygiène et sécurité alimentaire.
-4 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de l’Hygiène et sécurité alimentaire.
-Maîtrise des standards et normes d’Hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.
-Connaissance des systèmes de Managements Qualité et environnement.
-Excellente communication.

Assistant Food and Beverage Manager:
Assist the F&B Director in the day to day operations and the management and administration of the activity.
Restaurant Managers:
Manage daily restaurant operations and assist and manage the outlet team to improve guest and employee satisfaction.
Assistant Restaurant Managers:
Assist the restaurant manager to ensure all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
-High degree in Hospitality Management or related field

Online Manager
We are on the lookout for an experienced Online_Manager to join our team at our luxury Resort developed by Kerzner International group, designed to create amazing experiences and everlasting memories!
As an Online Manager you are in charge of planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote our Resort’s brand, products, and services by implementing, and monitoring them across all digital networks.
Your responsibilities will also include but not be limited to:
-Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
-Use Sitecore Content Management System (CMS) to update and maintain all Online web content
-Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
-Closely collaborate with the in-house creative team to guide and produce high quality content
Our ideal candidate will have a Master Degree in Digital Marketing with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns. Excellent communication skills, creativity, analytical abilities and an eye for design are essential.
Purchasing Director
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Purchasing_Director in our unique Resort designed by Kerzner International Group designed to offer amazing experiences and everlasting memories!
As a Purchasing Director you are responsible for directing purchasing and warehousing programs and services, providing information and serving as a resource to others, achieving defined objectives by planning, evaluating, developing, implementing and maintaining services in compliance with established guidelines.
Your responsibilities will not be limited to:
-Managing and mentoring a dynamic team of purchasing professionals.
-Negotiating and executing purchase orders or vendor contracts as needed
-Reporting to management the measurable status of progress and corrective actions as it pertains to supplier performance
-Managing all activities that develop relationships with suppliers.
We are looking for a Purchasing Director with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Fluency in French and English with solid track record meeting substantial material cost reduction targets. A high level of integrity and strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills are essential.
Junior Auditor and Audit Manager

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to coordinating and developing internal auditing processes, developing and implementing policies and procedures, making recommendations on policies, and ensuring that the organization fulfills international and governmental obligations of compliance.
Requirements:
-Master Degree in Audit, Finance or equivalent
-Minimum of 5 years’ experience for the Audit Manager and 2 years for the Junior Auditor in financial management (Hospitality Industry preferred)
-Attention to detail and general math skills
-Fluency in French and English.
Marketing Manager
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing_Manager in our unique Resort designed by Kerzner International Group to offer amazing experiences and everlasting memories!
We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager who will be responsible for helping on the implementation of the overall marketing strategy and for maximizing the hotel’s revenues by developing programs to increase occupancy and make profitable use of the resort facilities
Main responsibilities are not limited to:
-Design and implement the marketing plans and supports in their subsequent development and execution.
-Implement new strategies including digital, to achieve the goals of the marketing units dedicated thereby enabling growth of business.
-Work closely with sales, and operations to initiate new ideas and activations to promote products and services.
-Negotiate with the media agents and assists in developing marketing strategies.
Requirements:
-High degree in Marketing or related field

Oriental Chef de Cuisine
We are on the lookout for an experienced Oriental_Chef_de_Cuisine in our unique Resort designed by Kerzner International Group to offer amazing experiences and everlasting memories!
Our talented Oriental Chef de Cuisine will be responsible for the oriental à la carte restaurant kitchen operation and all functions of Oriental cuisine production and presentation within our Resort.
Main responsibilities are not limited to:
-Creation and renewal of à la Carte and menus in collaboration with the culinary Director
-Create high quality and original levan/oriental food
-Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new Oriental recipes and preparation techniques
-Monitor and control the implementation of the service and the smooth
-Activate meetings and training on oriental cooking techniques
We are looking for an Oriental Chef de Cuisine with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course and good culinary skills. The ability to communicate well in Arabic, French and/or English with a proven track of food preparation, presentation and preservation knowledge is an essential.

Resort Manager

The Resort Manager will be an outstanding “hands-on” leader and have the intrinsic desire to meet the needs of our guests and team members.
Essential Functions are not limited to:
-Overseeing the daily management of operations
-Providing strategic direction.
-Planning and supervising the activities of an extensive and diverse workforce to ensure the smooth and profitable running of business and to enhance customer dedication.
-Expanding clientele by strengthening the Resort reputation and the guest experience.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Hotel Manager or relevant senior leadership role, Middle Est or North Africa experience.
-Great background in F&B.
-Excellent communication in both English & French.
-Excellent interpersonal skills.
-A business mindset, strong in planning & analyzing figures and market, budgeting and financial management.
-Needs to ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
